All that uploading of photographs and recipes: gone.
Okay, but in truth it was as much, if not more so, for my sister's children as well as those who have to come. This one for Dad (missed your b-day again: february 29th 1940 (per Ceasar's calendar(totally appropriate) you there4 only have a birthday every four years- or so)))
This is for Kari and me, the hostages at your and Martha's table- see Ihad posted a bunch of Martha's recipes, photos, etc, etc. Took a great deal of time and effort- but I know your Mom ever resented me doing things well after our mother's death. So I begin again and I start with here: (This was going to posted on sister2sister- a blog featuring a picture of Les Miserables graphics which you r Mom took me to, treated me to on a trip to NYC.
In my last post Isaid something that I realized could be taken as saying something about her rather than how it was meant - being about me, how I saw the issue of having children. That'll be in a later blog entry- editted and Kari should you ever be here I understand the urge to have children with someone- I had that once, exactly once but Inever liked the percentages.
For instance what percentage of where we came from reoccuring on some else would be - well 10% -15% was optimistic (i felt) and added with anything other than something close to perfection those percentages didn't work for me because expecting perfection- I don't.
Anyway this is a pice of the past Iwill not bury. So- the pictures are gone- but for me taht picture of Mattie surronded by all the family - a good hundred people with their spouses. That picture always represented how much suffering didn't need to happen. She wasn't going to get married and have kids- Chet changed her mind. Given what occured to the souls who entered this here, the space, this time- Idon't see sending the message "all's clear and good - come its safe here". To me that's what preganancy is, or should be not an exploration of what happens when physical pressures, or social pressures or economic pressures are applied.
We both said we were never going to have children- but that was during your "Me too" stage...Itoo have had my stages- all Ican hope is that you really, really know what you were and are doing.
As to why this would be here
